Job Requirements
- FAA Class 1 Medical
- Commercial Instrument with ATP
- Extensive IFR helicopter experience
- Proven experience in Northeast/NYC flight operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to mentor and train crew members
- Knowledge of Safety Management System practices
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- FAA Class 1 Medical
- Commercial Instrument with ATP
- CFI/CFII preferred
- AW139 type rating preferred
- Extensive IFR helicopter experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in Northeast/NYC flight operations
Job Duties
- Safely operate and manage helicopter flights primarily domestic with occasional international routes across North America and the Caribbean
- conduct thorough flight planning preflight inspections and performance analysis
- maintain pilot documentation and aircraft currencies
- mentor and train crew members promoting effective Crew Resource Management
- participate actively in Safety Management System reporting hazards and supporting a culture of transparency
- ensure passenger safety and comfort from briefing to arrival
