- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for delivery positions
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- leadership skills for Front Leader and Kitchen Leader positions
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record for Delivery Drivers
Job Duties
- take orders and enter them into the system through phone, walk-ins, and drive-thru
- perform basic food prep such as making salads and boxing up orders
- train new Front Crew members in order taking and salad preparation
- handle common customer disputes effectively
- close the store by completing closing lists and shutting down POS when manager is not present
- assist in executing a successful kitchen shift by performing assigned roles like dough slapping, oven catching, or pizza making
- oversee kitchen operations and ensure timely, quality order preparation
- maintain kitchen stations and mentor crew members
- deliver orders to customers’ doors while providing courteous and friendly service
- perform in-store duties such as changing trash bags, sweeping parking lots, washing dishes, and catching the oven
