Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for delivery positions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • leadership skills for Front Leader and Kitchen Leader positions
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • valid driver’s license and clean driving record for Delivery Drivers

Job Duties

  • take orders and enter them into the system through phone, walk-ins, and drive-thru
  • perform basic food prep such as making salads and boxing up orders
  • train new Front Crew members in order taking and salad preparation
  • handle common customer disputes effectively
  • close the store by completing closing lists and shutting down POS when manager is not present
  • assist in executing a successful kitchen shift by performing assigned roles like dough slapping, oven catching, or pizza making
  • oversee kitchen operations and ensure timely, quality order preparation
  • maintain kitchen stations and mentor crew members
  • deliver orders to customers’ doors while providing courteous and friendly service
  • perform in-store duties such as changing trash bags, sweeping parking lots, washing dishes, and catching the oven
