Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- excellent customer service skills
- physical stamina for standing and moving for long periods
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to handle cash and POS system
- valid driver’s license for delivery positions
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- experience in customer service or food industry preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- leadership experience desirable for leader positions
- knowledge of pizza preparation and kitchen operations advantageous
- valid driver’s license and good driving record required for delivery drivers
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- take orders and enter them into the system through phone walk-ins and drive-thru
- perform basic food preparation such as making salads and boxing orders
- train new front crew members in order taking and salad making
- handle common customer disputes with friendly communication
- close the store including completing closing list and shutting down POS
- assist in pizza preparation starting as dough slapper or oven catcher
- ensure all orders are accurate and timely
- maintain kitchen stations and support fellow crew members
- deliver orders to customers while providing courteous and friendly service
- assist with in-store tasks such as changing trash bags sweeping parking lot washing dishes and catching oven
