Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- reliable transportation for delivery drivers
- able to handle cash and POS transactions
- strong customer service orientation
- willingness to work as part of a team
- valid driver’s license for delivery drivers
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to learn and operate POS systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic food preparation knowledge is a plus
- leadership experience or ability to motivate team members
- valid driver's license for delivery driver role
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Job Duties
- Taking orders and entering them into the system through phone, walk-ins, and drive-thru
- preparing basic food items like salads and boxing orders
- training new front crew members and handling customer disputes
- closing the store and shutting down POS when manager is not present
- executing kitchen duties including dough preparation, oven operation, and pizza making
- leading kitchen crew and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- assisting customers with friendly delivery service and maintaining store cleanliness
- supporting team efforts to ensure smooth shift operation
