Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience operating heavy construction equipment preferred
- knowledge of safety protocols and MSHA regulations
- ability to perform physical tasks related to equipment operation and maintenance
- willingness to work overtime and extended hours
- ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- ability to tolerate loud noise

Job Duties
- promote safety in accordance with MSHA and company standards
- operate heavy equipment safely to transport materials and products
- perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- accurately complete daily equipment reports and documentation
- maintain equipment by checking and adding fluids and assisting in minor maintenance
- monitor plant operations and report maintenance needs or adjustments
