Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- complete and pass background screening
- ability to work flexible hours
- physical capability to perform heavy cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in heavy duty cleaning or janitorial services is an advantage
- ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean all public areas including restrooms
- empty trash bins regularly
- operate extractors, auto scrubbers, floor buffers, or overhead lifts for deep cleaning
- follow all safety rules and operate equipment safely
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- report maintenance issues promptly
