Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime
- must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
- bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- some computer knowledge is a plus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma and/or GED preferred
- previous experience working in a kitchen or as a dishwasher is preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- team-oriented mindset
- basic knowledge of dishwashing equipment
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- keep the dish room and back-of-house areas sparkling clean and organized
- wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils
- ensure all cooking equipment, walls, and floors meet cleanliness standards
- manage trash and garbage disposal safely and efficiently
- make sure our restaurants are always stocked with the essentials: dishes, glasses, and silverware
- dust, sweep, mop, and support various kitchen cleaning needs
- follow company and departmental procedures to maintain a safe, healthy work environment
- step in to help with other duties as needed
- teamwork is key
