Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or its equivalency preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- must be familiar with proper use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals
- knowledge in the operation of cleaning machines
- previous housekeeping experience a plus
- must possess excellent communication skills
- ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively
- ability to deal effectively with customers and employees
- ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- must be able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift heavy items
- must maintain physical stamina and a proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work in environments with permitted smoking
- must comply with company policies and attend all required training and meetings
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the casino
- operate cleaning machines such as buffers, burnishers, carpet cleaning machines, escalator cleaning machines
- carry out individual and group assignments
- handle various cleaning chemicals safely
- comply with information security policies
- provide exceptional customer service
- adhere to attendance guidelines
- complete all required training programs
- attend necessary meetings
