Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or its equivalency preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be familiar with proper use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Knowledge of operation of cleaning machines such as buffers, burnishers, carpet cleaning and escalator machines
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform heavy lifting
- Must be approved for and maintain a valid non-gaming license
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Employment contingent upon successful background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in a noisy environment where smoking is permitted
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Experience operating cleaning machines such as buffers, burnishers, carpet cleaning and escalator machines
- Previous housekeeping experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to staff and customers
- Ability to interact well with customers and employees
- Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the casino using various cleaning machines such as buffers, burnishers, carpet and escalator cleaning machines
- Carry out individual assignments and work collaboratively with a team
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
- Adhere to all company policies, including information security and acceptable use policies
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Meet attendance and training requirements including completion of required programs within nine months
- Attend necessary meetings and adapt to changing duties and schedules as required
