Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to apply common sense
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete HOH training
  • Ability to meet physical demands of standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards
  • Willingness to undergo any required additional training according to local and state regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations
  • Completion of HOH training program
  • Completion of food and alcohol service certifications as required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Perform any other duty or responsibility assigned by management
