Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations
  • Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
  • Must complete HOH training program prior to independent work
  • Must complete required food/alcohol service certifications
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, lift up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to work in kitchen conditions including exposure to fumes, humid areas, and some smoke exposure

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of HOH training program
  • Compliance with local and state food and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
