Job Requirements

  • proved experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
  • must complete HOH training program before working unsupervised
  • must complete any required training for local and state regulations
  • ability to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • must maintain personal hygiene and adhere to uniform standards
  • willingness to work in environments exposed to fumes, humid conditions, and cleaning chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand preparation recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to work effectively in standardized situations
  • successful completion of HOH training program
  • knowledge of food safety and alcohol service certifications as required

Job Duties

  • adhere to uniform standards
  • adhere to prep and line build recipes
  • check quality of ingredients
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • perform any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
