Job Requirements
- demonstrated experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate effectively in English and understand prep recipes and line procedures
- successful completion of orientation and agreement to Twin Peaks HOH policies and procedures
- completion of HOH training program before working unsupervised
- compliance with local and state food and alcohol service certifications
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to handle objects and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
- good close and peripheral vision
- ability to maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
- adherence to uniform standards without wearing jewelry or headphones
Job Qualifications
- demonstrated experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate effectively in English and understand prep recipes and line procedures
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to execute simple instructions and manage standardized situations with minimal variations
- successful completion of the HOH training program
- additional food and alcohol service certifications required by local and state regulations
Job Duties
- upholding uniform standards consistently
- following prep and line build recipes accurately
- checking the quality of ingredients before use
- maintaining clean and organized workstations and equipment
- adhering to HOH standards, safety, and sanitation requirements at all times
- collaborating effectively with your team
- utilizing tablets or computers for training
- performing additional duties as assigned by management
