Job Requirements

  • demonstrated experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate effectively in English and understand prep recipes and line procedures
  • successful completion of orientation and agreement to Twin Peaks HOH policies and procedures
  • completion of HOH training program before working unsupervised
  • compliance with local and state food and alcohol service certifications
  • ability to stand and walk regularly
  • ability to handle objects and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
  • good close and peripheral vision
  • ability to maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
  • adherence to uniform standards without wearing jewelry or headphones

Job Qualifications

  • demonstrated experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate effectively in English and understand prep recipes and line procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to execute simple instructions and manage standardized situations with minimal variations
  • successful completion of the HOH training program
  • additional food and alcohol service certifications required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • upholding uniform standards consistently
  • following prep and line build recipes accurately
  • checking the quality of ingredients before use
  • maintaining clean and organized workstations and equipment
  • adhering to HOH standards, safety, and sanitation requirements at all times
  • collaborating effectively with your team
  • utilizing tablets or computers for training
  • performing additional duties as assigned by management
