Job Duties
- prep and portion menu items according to manager on duty requirements
- ensure proper use of containers and follow FDIR and FIFO procedures
- clean, sanitize, and put away prep items
- track all waste according to company standards
- maintain chip station including fryer maintenance and oil quality
- prepare grilled items and maintain grill station cleanliness
- manage sauce pumps, seasoning buckets, and hot wing holding drawers at shake station
- prepare wraps, salads, and flatbreads at southwest station and maintain cold rail
- coordinate food presentation and delivery as expo station
- perform shift change cleaning and restocking duties
- report equipment issues to manager on duty
- assist other stations as needed
- skim, polish, filter, and dump fryers per schedule
