Job Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Prior experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Skill in time management and organization
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and execute team objectives
- Knowledge of food specifications, cook times, and plate presentations
- Experience with CSK, KDU, or ticket order management systems
Job Duties
- Prep and portion items according to shift needs and MOD instructions
- Ensure proper use of containers and follow FDIR and FIFO procedures
- Clean, sanitize, and store prep items
- Portion food items as required
- Track waste on Waste Sheet per company standards
- Prepare fried chips, wedges, onion rings, and maintain chip station cleanliness
- Manage grill station including preparation and maintenance of grilled items
- Maintain and clean sauce pumps and seasoning buckets at shake station
- Prime sauce buckets and ensure wing holding drawers are properly heated
- Prepare wraps, salads, flatbreads at southwest station and maintain cold rail
- Serve as communication link between kitchen and front of house at expo station
- Control food presentation, quality assurance, and delivery timeliness
- Perform shift change cleaning, stocking, and equipment checks
- Assist other stations as needed
- Skim, polish, filter, and dump fryers according to schedule
