- physical ability to maintain high pace and intensity during shifts
- reliable and dependable with punctuality and schedule adherence

- willingness to take direction and multitask during busy periods
- ability to follow specific service time and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum 16 years of age unless state minor laws supersede
- prior experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred
- knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety procedures
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- strong time management and organizational skills
- ability to follow directions and execute team objectives
- understanding of food specs, cook times, and plate presentation
- familiarity with order management systems such as CSK, KDU, or ticketing systems
Job Duties
- prep and portion food items according to shift needs and MOD instructions
- ensure containers and portions follow FDIR and FIFO procedures
- clean, sanitize, and store prep items after use
- track all food waste accurately on waste sheet
- prepare fried chips, wedges, and onion rings at chip station
- maintain fryers and manage oil quality per company guidelines
- keep chip station clean and sanitary
- prepare grilled menu items at grill station following prep sheets
- maintain grill and ensure product quality
- keep grill station sanitized
- clean, fill, and maintain sauce pumps and seasoning buckets at shake station
- ensure hot wing holding drawers are operational and at correct temperatures
- weigh wings to determine cooking times
- prepare wraps, salads, flatbreads and maintain cold rail at southwest station
- sanitize and stock workstations
- coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house at expo station to ensure quality and timely food delivery
- manage food presentation and quality assurance at expo station
- clean and restock stations during shift changes following FIFO
- replace soap and sanitizer buckets every four hours
- empty trash and wash dishes
- report any equipment malfunctions to MOD
- follow LDIR and FIFO guidelines continuously
- assist other stations as needed
- skim, polish, filter, and dump fryers according to filtering schedule
- perform additional duties assigned by supervisors
