Job Requirements

  • Minimum 16 years of age
  • Prior experience working in a restaurant or culinary skills are preferable but not necessary
  • Must be able to work on foot for long periods of time
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-intensity job setting

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work on feet for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and produce menu items including slicing, dicing, cooking, grilling, and saucing
  • Follow food safety practices and complete basic food safety training
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-intensity kitchen environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • Contribute to creating menu items that excite and satisfy guests
  • Adapt to changing menu demands and participate in station training
