Job Requirements

Minimum 16 years of age
Prior experience working in a restaurant or culinary skills are preferable but not necessary
Must be able to work on foot for long periods of time
Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-intensity job setting

Job Duties

Prepare and produce menu items including slicing, dicing, cooking, grilling, and saucing
Follow food safety practices and complete basic food safety training
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-intensity kitchen environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Contribute to creating menu items that excite and satisfy guests
Adapt to changing menu demands and participate in station training
