Job Requirements

  • Minimum 16 years of age
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • capacity to handle fast-paced and high-intensity job settings
  • willingness to learn and complete food safety training
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • enthusiastic about sports and team culture
  • prior restaurant experience is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • prior experience in a restaurant or culinary skills preferred but not required
  • strong ability to work on foot for extended periods
  • capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • commitment to sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community, and fun
  • willingness to complete food safety basic training and station training

Job Duties

  • Prepare and produce menu items in accordance with company standards and recipes
  • operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers safely and efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • slice, dice, cook, grill, and sauce food items as required
  • participate in training sessions and apply learned skills to daily tasks
