Job Requirements
- proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- must attend and successfully complete HOH training program
- must comply with local and state regulations including food and alcohol service certifications
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
- ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 15 pounds
- maintain clean grooming and adhere to uniform standards
- ability to work in environments with fumes, humidity, and occasional chemical exposure
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- successful completion of the HOH training program and any required local or state training such as food or alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- adhere to uniform standards
