Job Requirements

  • proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • must attend and successfully complete HOH training program
  • must comply with local and state regulations including food and alcohol service certifications
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
  • ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 15 pounds
  • maintain clean grooming and adhere to uniform standards
  • ability to work in environments with fumes, humidity, and occasional chemical exposure

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
  • successful completion of the HOH training program and any required local or state training such as food or alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • adhere to uniform standards
  • adhere to prep and line build recipes
  • check quality of ingredients
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • perform any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
