Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- ability to apply common sense and follow simple instructions
- willingness to complete HOH training program
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- openness to work in conditions exposed to fumes, humidity, and cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- understanding of prep recipes and line build procedures
- able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- successful completion of HOH training program
- knowledge of food and/or alcohol service certifications compliant with local and state regulations
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to prep and line build recipes
- check quality of ingredients
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
