Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and follow simple instructions
  • willingness to complete HOH training program
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
  • adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • openness to work in conditions exposed to fumes, humidity, and cleaning chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • understanding of prep recipes and line build procedures
  • able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
  • successful completion of HOH training program
  • knowledge of food and/or alcohol service certifications compliant with local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • check quality of ingredients
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
