Job Requirements
- proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in english
- ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
- must successfully complete hoh training program prior to working without supervision
- must successfully attend and complete any required food and/or alcohol service certifications
- ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk and hear
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds
- able to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to fumes, humidity, chemicals and smoke
