- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible full-time or part-time hours

Job Duties
- Work stations on the line such as fry, sauté, pantry, expo, and grill
- Ensure all food meets specifications by performing quality checks, adding garnishes, and checking plates before presenting to guests
- Manage tickets using Double-Line System for food expediting to ensure timely delivery
- Exhibit a professional demeanor while working with passion and integrity
- Assist teammates as needed and follow management directives
- Adhere to all food-related safety practices and regulations
- Assist in cleaning and maintenance of kitchen area and equipment
