Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Food handler's certification preferred

Job Duties
- Works stations on the line such as fry, sauté, pantry, expo, and grill
- Ensures all food meets the specifications by performing quality checks, adding garnishes, and checking plates before presenting food to guests
- Effectively manages tickets using Double-Line System for food expediting to ensure all plates are delivered in a timely fashion
- Exhibits a professional demeanor, while working with passion and integrity
- Assists teammates as needed and follows the directives of the management team
- Adheres to all food-related safety practices set forth by Company, state, and federal regulations and standards
- Assists in the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area and equipment
