Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age
- valid driver's license required
- ability to operate both standard and automatic transmissions
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must comply with all traffic laws and facility policies
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to handle cash and payments accurately
Job Qualifications
- must be 21 years of age
- must possess a valid driver's license
- must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions
- good communication skills
- ability to interact courteously with guests
- basic customer service experience preferred but not required
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- coordinate traffic flow
- communicate valet procedures and information with guests clearly and effectively
- respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries
- monitor illegal parking and immediately store vehicles
- interact with guests in a friendly manner
- assist guests with loading and unloading
- collect and secure guest keys
- predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues
- arrange for extra support during extended wait times
- tally and split the tip pool accurately
- receive and receipt a variety of valet payments
- reconcile and report daily revenue accurately
- project currency and coin requirements and reorder as necessary
- operate, park, and retrieve vehicles safely by obeying all traffic laws and facility policies
- work outdoors in all climates for extended periods
- keep work area clean of debris
