Job Requirements

  • Education or experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare-related fields
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to work independently
  • valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • passion for long-term care and community engagement

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare-related admissions
  • excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills
  • strong organizational and time management abilities
  • ability to work independently and travel locally to establish community partnerships

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing plans
  • spend at least 24 hours per week connecting with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies
  • drive community awareness by presenting to local organizations on long-term care, aging, and the benefits of our services
  • facilitate the admissions process including conducting facility tours and managing resident admissions
  • track and report activity by submitting weekly marketing and admissions reports to leadership
  • strengthen community relations by collaborating with internal teams to support events, campaigns, and outreach efforts
