Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient and staff populations
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and operate technical equipment
- Willingness to work flexible and varying shifts
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a nurturing attitude in a healthcare environment

- Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Effectively communicate with patients, staff and guests to ensure accuracy and timeliness of patient meal trays and floor stock
- Record the amount and type of special food
- Deliver meal carts to patient units
- Aid in meal set-up at bedside with direct patient contact
- Discard soiled trays
- Take inventory of nourishment areas and stock when necessary
- Accurately operate technical equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
