- 0 to 1 year of related experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals

- Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends
- Ability to operate meal service equipment accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 1 year of related experience beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of operating technical equipment related to meal services
- Adaptability to rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Effectively communicate with patients, staff and guests to ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient meal trays and floor stock
- Record the amount and type of special food
- Deliver meal carts to patient units
- Aid in the meal set-up at bedside with direct patient contact
- Discard soiled trays
- Take inventory of nourishment areas and restock when necessary
- Accurately operate technical equipment related to meal service
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
