Job Duties

Effectively communicate with patients, staff and guests to ensure accuracy and timelines of patient meal trays and floor stock
Record the amount and type of special food
Deliver meal carts to patient units
Aid in meal set-up at bedside with direct patient contact
Discard soiled trays
Take inventory of nourishment areas and stock when necessary
Accurately operate technical equipment
