Job Duties

  • Maintain medical records and transcribe orders
  • coordinate resident appointments and transportation
  • serve as receptionist for resident unit
  • communicate with staff, residents, families, and external agencies
  • organize and prioritize administrative tasks
  • operate fax and copy machines
  • ensure nursing station and med room are clean and organized
