Job Requirements
- Must hold active state-required nursing licensure (RN or LPN) and an acceptable record
- a current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ years of experience in a senior living or related industry supervisory or leadership role
- 1+ years of experience providing care to cognitive and memory-care residents or patients (preferred)
- valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- ability to provide resident transportation and/or serve alcoholic beverages at community events
- ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong technical skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ability to maintain confidential and privileged information including HIPAA
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conducting comprehensive resident assessments prior to move-in, re-entry, and on an ongoing basis to ensure all physical, mental, and social needs are met
- assisting with community readiness for regulatory inspections, including maintaining accurate service plans, medication records, and emergency preparedness
- establishing and fostering positive relationships with residents, families, associates, home health, hospice, and other external partners
- coordinating and ensuring proper health-related training and education for the caregiver team, conducting skill observations to optimize resident care delivery
- providing direct resident assistance as needed, including personal care activities and administering medication in accordance with physician orders
