Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience as a scheduler or in direct patient care
- ability to work in a busy environment with frequent changes and interruptions
- capability to manage multiple competing deadlines
- strong critical thinking
- excellent computer skills including ms office, excel, and outlook
- willingness to obtain or provide current cpr/first aid certification
- interest in geriatric environment
- commitment to confidentiality
- prior administrative experience helpful
- ability to maintain professional and tactful composure
Job Qualifications

- perform administrative tasks for health services operations
- handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
