Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience as a scheduler or in direct patient care
  • ability to work in a busy environment with frequent changes and interruptions
  • capability to manage multiple competing deadlines
  • strong critical thinking
  • excellent computer skills including ms office, excel, and outlook
  • willingness to obtain or provide current cpr/first aid certification
  • interest in geriatric environment
  • commitment to confidentiality
  • prior administrative experience helpful
  • ability to maintain professional and tactful composure

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience as a scheduler and/or direct patient care
  • cna/cma preferred but not required
  • strong critical thinking skills
  • excellent computer skills including ms office, ms excel, and outlook
  • prior administrative experience helpful
  • willingness to obtain cpr/first aid certification
  • genuine interest in elderly care
  • commitment to confidentiality
  • ability to maintain composure when dealing with residents, family members, and staff

Job Duties

  • assist health services director/administrator with scheduling coordination
  • support resident care manager and nursing staff
  • manage staff schedules efficiently
  • maintain team member satisfaction
  • perform administrative tasks for health services operations
  • handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
