- One to two years of related experience in a previous office administrative role strongly preferred
- Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain required
- Microsoft Office experience required

Job Duties
- Greets visitors entering the establishment, determines the nature and purpose of their visit and directs or escorts them to specific destinations
- Responds to inquiries from families, and other referral sources by providing information about the facility, including tours
- Administer PT INRs and fax results to appropriate physicians
- Communicates new orders to back up licensed nursing team
- Performs administrative tasks such as sorting daily mail, courier deliveries, facsimiles, filing, and ordering/organizing office and nursing supplies
- Operates telephone to answer, screen and forward calls
- provides information and takes messages
