Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of related experience in a previous office administrative role strongly preferred
  • Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain required
  • Microsoft Office experience required

Job Duties

  • Greets visitors entering the establishment, determines the nature and purpose of their visit and directs or escorts them to specific destinations
  • Responds to inquiries from families, and other referral sources by providing information about the facility, including tours
  • Administer PT INRs and fax results to appropriate physicians
  • Communicates new orders to back up licensed nursing team
  • Performs administrative tasks such as sorting daily mail, courier deliveries, facsimiles, filing, and ordering/organizing office and nursing supplies
  • Operates telephone to answer, screen and forward calls
  • provides information and takes messages
