Job Requirements
- Must be a Certified Registered Dietitian with experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate effectively with participants of various cultures and backgrounds
- Ability to adhere to accepted medical guidelines and practices when providing health education
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Job Qualifications
- Certified Registered Dietitian
- Experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse participants
- Knowledge of accepted medical guidelines and health education practices
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with biometric testing preferred
- Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills
Job Duties
- Review and explain participants' screening results including height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist measurement, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose
- Provide brief interventions aimed to help participants understand actionable health behaviors
- Deliver appropriate health recommendations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of participant interactions as directed by the Labcorp Program Manager
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Set up, execute, and break down testing events efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to participants
