Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years directly relevant experience

Job Duties
- Coordinate hiring of standardized patients
- train standardized patient actors
- oversee confidentiality and management of SP case materials
- provide coordination of curricular and non-curricular student outreach activities
- design, lead, evaluate, and improve SP training sessions
- track SP training completion
- coach SPs for consistency in role portrayal and feedback
- assist in recruitment and casting of performance artists
- collaborate with faculty to develop and improve complex SP events
- maintain SP case materials and assessment tools
- coordinate administration of SP events
- review and update scheduling policies
- assist learners with outreach activities and projects
- work with Graduate and Undergraduate Medical Education programs for special events
