Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in hospitality management or related field required
- DEM certification required
- minimum two years of hotel spa experience required
- minimum two years of spa management experience required
- legal eligibility to work in the USA
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs infrequently

Job Duties
- Develops a comprehensive standard facility operation manual including written policies and procedures for all facility services administration and maintenance
- promotes products specials and keeps spa in line with competitive pricing
- develops and maintains accurate facility maintenance procedures and checklists through routine preventative maintenance and repair
- maintains a monthly inventory of supplies equipment and or products
- creates a team of service providers to meet all aspects of professionalism and service demands by recruiting interviewing hiring and training staff
- ensures staff is knowledgeable about services products programs and activities through scheduled meetings and training workshops
- assesses employees progress provides reinforcement and disciplinary measures and participates in performance evaluations and termination processes when necessary
- provides excellent customer service and monitors guest feedback using comment cards and other techniques
- ensures facility is safe secure and accessible only to guests
- manages fiscal responsibility through scheduling and budget adherence
- completes competitive analysis to position spa in marketplace
- promotes spa services to conference groups
- develops and implements retail sales plans and staff service goals
- develops seasonal utilization schedules for budgeting and payroll management
- controls usage of professional products using cost analysis and inventory systems
- maintains effective inventory system with par stock levels
- ensures compliance with state licensing and health requirements
- complies with company drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies
- performs other duties as assigned
