Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to work full-time with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively in English and preferably Spanish or Haitian Creole
- experience in customer service or healthcare setting
- strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- proficiency with computers and healthcare software
- commitment to upholding Premise brand standards and values
- ability to handle confidential medical information with discretion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- experience in a medical office environment preferred
- bilingual fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred
- excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Greets patients with a smile and assists with registration
- extends a warm and caring approach respecting diversity
- keeps patients informed of wait times and manages visit expectations
- helps patients navigate the health center and escorts as needed
- ensures health center upholds Premise brand standards by maintaining welcome environment
- researches and resolves patient out-of-pocket expense errors
- resolves eligibility problems and claim denials
- coordinates benefits information flow among medical, dental and other providers
- coordinates referrals through insurance and specialists
- facilitates transfer of medical records and lab results
- arranges diagnostic tests and durable medical equipment
- assists in reviewing test results with physicians
- coordinates care for complex patients
- fosters communication with insurance companies to ensure smooth patient experience
- performs other duties as assigned
