Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing non-industrial workplace health and safety programs
- Proven knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements
- Experience with health and safety management systems such as Intelex or Enablon
- Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to conduct risk assessments in various work settings
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing non-industrial workplace health and safety programs in a corporate or office-based environment
- Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance and global or enterprise-wide health and safety standards
- Hands-on experience leading incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis using a formal EHS/health and safety management system (e.g., Intelex, Enablon, or equivalent)
- Proven experience conducting risk assessments across multiple work environments (e.g., offices, sales teams, events, visitor or brand locations)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Job Duties
- Lead and implement the PR Global non-industrial health and safety operating requirements across North America including risk assessments, ergonomics, driving safety, contractors and visitors, electrical safety, and internal and external events
- Own the North America health and safety roadmap and LIFE Assessment action plan, providing monthly updates to the North American Executive Team and regular performance updates to PRNA Leadership
- Lead the monthly North America health and safety Committee and partner with local health and safety Coordinators/Champions to ensure consistent execution and accountability
- Track and report key safety performance indicators including Lost Time Accidents (LTAs), Care Tours, and Care Visits
- Drive advocacy and engagement around a strong safety culture and wellbeing mindset across the organization
- Implement, track, and adapt global mandatory Care by Learning (health and safety) training programs to meet local business needs and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the PRNA non-industrial lead for global health and safety trainings, programs, and initiatives
- Lead the annual health and safety and wellbeing Day/Week, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive awareness and participation
- Continuously evolve health and safety programs, processes, and reporting to reflect new requirements, risks, and best practices
- Partner with the Communications team to plan and deliver targeted health and safety campaigns that reinforce awareness, compliance, and a culture of prevention
- Own the incident management and reporting system (Intelex), ensuring accurate, timely reporting of lost time incidents, near misses, and first aid cases
- Lead incident investigations in partnership with local site contacts including data gathering, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and follow-up
- Produce monthly Intelex reports covering incidents, care visits, tours, and network action items, sharing insights with leadership and global teams as required
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to manage Workers' Compensation claims related to workplace incidents
- Lead comprehensive risk assessments across offices, sales teams, brand homes, visitor centers, and events, ensuring mitigation plans are implemented and tracked
