- strong commitment to accuracy
- experience in evaluating technical aspects of model outputs
- willingness to work flexible hours remotely

Job Duties
- adopt a user mindset to produce natural data to meet realistic needs
- use rubrics to address user needs in a structured way
- evaluate ai outputs by reviewing and ranking reasoning and problem-solving responses from large language models
- contribute across projects depending on specific skillset and experience
- provide clear, concise, and engaging written evaluations of ai responses
- maintain accuracy and attention to detail in assessments
- participate in ongoing learning about ai advancements and tools
