Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in a receptionist or similar service-oriented role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Patient and tactful demeanor
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and additional hours if needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome and direct incoming visitors and guests
  • Serve as a point of contact for residents, guests, and team members

  • Use Microsoft Office applications and office equipment proficiently
