Job Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least one year of experience in a service-oriented position such as barista or receptionist
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Maintain patient and tactful composure in interactions
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
  • Display a commitment to Touchmark's core values
  • Be available to work primarily on Saturdays with flexibility for additional shifts

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome and direct incoming visitors and guests
  • Serve as a go-to person for residents, guests, and team members needing assistance
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment for administrative purposes
  • Maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
  • Provide an extraordinary first impression of the community to prospective residents and team members
  • Support scheduling flexibility and cover additional shifts as needed
