- Supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and cash-handling experience

- Ability to lift 10-20 lbs and stand for long periods

- Previous banking or financial services experience preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Supervise, mentor, and coach teller staff
- Oversee daily cash balancing and maintain audit logs
- Manage cash shipments including ordering and distribution
- Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
- Handle verification, money orders, bank checks, credit card payments, safe deposit access, ATM maintenance, and night deposits
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and maintain transaction records
