Job Duties
- Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team comprised of sushi chefs
- manage the overall culinary standards in a high volume/high standard scratch kitchen
- collaborate with teams to create dishes for specials page and core menu
- ensure compliance with safety guidelines and kitchen standards
- deliver constructive feedback to team members
- oversee inventory stocking and kitchen organization
- maintain professional and hygiene standards in the kitchen
