Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team comprised of sushi chefs
  • Manage the overall culinary standards in a high volume, high standard scratch kitchen
  • Collaborate with teams to create dishes showcased on specials and core menu
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
  • Maintain a neat, organized workspace including proper storage and cleanliness
  • Deliver constructive feedback and foster a positive team atmosphere
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs
