Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team comprised of sushi chefs
  • Manage the overall culinary standards in a high volume/high standard scratch kitchen
  • Collaborate with teams to create dishes showcased on specials page and core menu
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Provide constructive feedback and foster a positive team environment
  • Manage inventory and ensure efficient kitchen operations
