  • Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team comprised of sushi chefs
  • Manage the overall culinary standards in a high volume, high standard scratch kitchen
  • Collaborate with teams to create dishes showcased on the specials page and core menu
  • Deliver constructive feedback to team members
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standards
  • Respond efficiently to customer needs
