Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team comprised of sushi chefs
- Manage the overall culinary standards in a high volume, high standard scratch kitchen
- Collaborate with teams to create dishes showcased on the specials page and core menu
- Deliver constructive feedback to team members
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standards
- Respond efficiently to customer needs
