Job Duties
- Lead sushi chef team and train new sushi chefs
- Work alongside other sushi chefs to ensure high-quality sushi preparation
- Collaborate with General Manager to complete periodic inventory
- Maintain a fast and accurate work pace
- Ensure all sushi crew members perform at their best
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the sushi kitchen
- Assist in managing sushi station operations
