Job Duties
- Lead and train new sushi chefs
- Work alongside other sushi chefs to prepare high-quality sushi
- Collaborate with the General Manager to complete periodic inventory
- Ensure all sushi crew members maintain high performance standards
- Manage the sushi station to ensure speed and accuracy
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the sushi preparation area
- Support team-oriented atmosphere through effective communication
