Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a stewarding or similar hospitality role
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
- Capability to manage inventory and supplies effectively

- Experience in stewarding or culinary operations preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety
- Ability to supervise and train stewarding personnel

Job Duties
- Manage non-food production areas within the kitchen such as dishwashing and storage areas
- Ensure all banquet and restaurant functions have the proper equipment and supplies
- Implement oversee and follow up on all sanitation standards and procedures
- Ensure food service equipment is secure maintained and optimally functional
- Wash dishes and other cooking utensils
- Restock all clean glasses silverware and plates
- Perform general cleaning to comply with health department regulations
- Remove trash from containers and take it to the dumpster on the loading dock
- Maintain control over inventory of china glass and silver
- Oversee and maintain the supply of necessary equipment for banquets and restaurant areas
