Job Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle administrative duties such as email and phone correspondence
- Commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment
- Authorization to work in the required location
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Certification from recognized wine institutions such as Court of Master Sommeliers or Wine & Spirit Education Trust
- Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of wine selection and purchasing
- Proven ability to manage wine inventory and storage
- Skill in balancing wine costs with quality and service
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain the wine, spirits, and beverage list balancing iconic and emerging producers
- Select and purchase wines managing inventory, storage, and cost controls
- Ensure wine cellars are organized, properly stocked, and meet financial goals
- Curate the wine list for the Crown Club under the direction of the Wine Director
- Manage optimal wine service and cost control
- Respond to emails and phone calls related to wine program administration
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
