Job Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to respond to emails, phone calls, and perform administrative duties
Job Qualifications
- Certification from recognized wine institutions like Court of Master Sommeliers or Wine & Spirit Education Trust
- Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Develop, maintain, and update wine, spirits, and beverage list
- Select and purchase wines, manage inventory, storage, and cost controls
- Ensure wine cellars are organized, properly stocked, and meet financial goals
- Assist in curating the wine list and optimal wine service
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and complete administrative work
- Oversee the Crown Club's wine program
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
